Right now you will find material related to, “The Effects of Electric Utility Restructuring on Cost and Reliability,” from lectures presented by J.A. Casazza.  These lectures have been presented through the IEEE Distinguished Lecturer Program as well as under the sponsorship of AEI.  Jack Casazza is a frequent speaker at meetings of national importance.  Many of his presentations have been published in the United States and other countries.  By popular request, we are providing free of charge here in the Library some copies of these talks.
